Lamb chops are delicious, tender and easy to prepare pan seared, sautéed or prepared on the grilled. One key to lamb is using the correct seasonings to compliment the cut. Lamb is excellent when seasoned with garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, lemon, fennel, mustard and mint, just to name a few. Approximately 6 oz. each.
