What a great meal option for the middle of the week. No grill needed on those cold winter nights!
Season pork with salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning. Bring the pan to a medium-high heat with olive oil. Set pork in the pan. Cook 5 minutes with out disturbing the meat so you can create a nice crust. Turn over the pork chop and cook an additional 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a cutting board to cool for 5-10 minutes. (the chop will continue to cook as it cools) Serve with your favorite sides! Enjoy
