Crock Pot Cranberry Pork Loin

My friend Camie is a fabulous cook and she knocked it out of the park with this dish! You will absolutely love the ease of throwing your pork loin and a few ingredients in the crockpot in the morning and having something so wonderful to serve your family in time for supper! Whip up some mashed potates and a veggie and you are set! 

 

Crock Pot Cranberry Pork Loin -

Ingredients:

4 lb. Pork Loin 

2 cans whole cranberry sauce

½-¾ onion sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sage

1 tsp ground pepper

½ tsp salt. 



Directions:

Trim any fat from the pork loin and place in a crockpot. 

Generously coat the meat with garlic, sage, salt and pepper.

Mix the cranberry sauce so it is a more liquid consistency.

Top the pork with the sauce and sliced onions.

Cook in the crockpot on low for 6-7 hours. 

 

Serve with mashed potatoes using the gravy from the crockpot. 

Serve with brussel sprouts and cheddar biscuits or your favorite side.
