My friend Camie is a fabulous cook and she knocked it out of the park with this dish! You will absolutely love the ease of throwing your pork loin and a few ingredients in the crockpot in the morning and having something so wonderful to serve your family in time for supper! Whip up some mashed potates and a veggie and you are set!
